As a leader, visionary and influencer for over 30 years, Dr. Bell has had a variety of growth opportunities. She holds a doctorate in Educational Administration, Educational Psychology and Research from the University of Arizona, a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
Dr. Bell is President of The Genesis Associates International Consultants (GAICON), an organizational development consulting group that has operated in the United States since October 1996. Its mission is to facilitate productivity for individuals, businesses, government, education, faith-based, and not-for-profit organizations throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Dr. Bell collaborates with professionals from all over the globe to provide skilled, ethical, and culturally competent expertise. Locally and internationally, she has conducted organizational training and helped start and grow many nonprofits and small businesses.
Professionally, Dr. Bell has been a top-level corporate executive, school and college teacher and administrator, curriculum director, program developer, speaker, trainer, counselor, researcher, evaluator, human resource consultant, project manager, and entrepreneur. She is also a published author. She has conducted workshops and seminars on a variety of topics in the United States, Asia, the Caribbean, South America, and Europe.
Both professionally and personally, Dr. Bell is committed to work that furthers the growth and wholeness of individuals while bringing about practical and positive results in their lives.
Dr. Bell has also been appointed to the boards of directors of many corporate and community-based organizations.
