YWCA South Florida serves some of Miami-Dade County's most vulnerable populations, survivors of violence, women building economic independence, families navigating systemic barriers. For years, the organization knew it needed integrated technology, but the right path forward remained elusive.
Partnering with Gilead Sanders LLC, YWCA South Florida undertook a comprehensive digital transformation grounded in the F.L.I.T.E. framework, Foresight, Leadership, Innovation, Team Agility, and Emerging Technologies. The engagement guided strategic CRM and intranet selection and implementation, then elevated the organization's focus to AI readiness and strategic foresight.
The result: an operational technology foundation, a complete AI Strategic Roadmap, and a leadership team equipped to lead with clarity in an increasingly complex environment. YWCA South Florida now stands as a model for what mission-driven organizations can achieve when they embrace strategic technology, not as an end in itself, but as the foundation for lasting impact.

Development of the first countywide AI Playbook for small and medium sized employers
Small and medium sized businesses across Broward County were eager to adopt artificial intelligence but didn't know where to start. CareerSource Broward wanted to close that gap with a practical, locally grounded resource, one built from the real questions and concerns of local employers rather than generic, one size fits all guidance.
CareerSource Broward selected Gilead Sanders as its strategic partner to design and deliver the playbook, using our F.L.I.T.E. framework (Foresight, Leadership, Innovation, Team Agility, Emerging Technologies) as the backbone for the project.
Rather than write from assumptions, we built the playbook around the community's own voice. Our team facilitated three industry specific roundtables with more than 150 Broward business leaders across healthcare, retail, trades, aviation, financial services, and nonprofits, and fielded a countywide survey that drew over 200 responses. That research found that 91% of business owners want to adopt AI and 58% are already experimenting with it, but many aren't sure where to begin.
The result is a 12-chapter playbook organized around four pillars: Know AI, Use AI, Build with AI, and Lead with AI. Each chapter offers plain language guidance, industry specific use cases, and budget tiers ranging from free tools to enterprise level investments, so a two person shop and a 500-person employer can each find a realistic starting point.
A 12-chapter playbook organized around four pillars (Know AI, Use AI, Build with AI, Lead with AI), giving a two-person shop and a 500-person employer each a realistic starting point, backed by real local data instead of borrowed best practices. CareerSource Broward now has a living, community-built resource that gives its business network a clear, credible path into AI adoption, backed by real local data and real local voices rather than borrowed best practices.

Strategic Foresight Retreat on the future of banking and financial services
In 2014, banking institutions across Haiti and the wider Caribbean were facing a shift few had prepared for. Mobile payments, digital currency, and non-bank competitors like telecom firms and virtual wallet providers were beginning to erode the traditional advantages of established banks. SOGEBANK's leadership recognized that keeping pace with local competitors wasn't enough. The bank needed to understand where the entire industry was heading over the next decade and build a strategic response before disruption arrived.
SOGEBANK engaged Gilead Sanders to design and lead a full day Strategic Foresight Retreat at the El Rancho Hotel in Port au Prince. CEO Marvin Dejean facilitated an interactive session with more than 70 SOGEBANK executives and employees, combining a Strategic Foresight Workshop, a Strategic Visioning exercise, and Business Innovation Sessions built around scenario planning and structured group discussion.
The retreat examined the forces reshaping banking in emerging markets: next generation banking models, the virtualization of money, the rise of customer centric digital ecosystems, and the use of big data analytics to serve increasingly segmented niche markets. Rather than presenting theory alone, the format was built to generate discussion and produce a working framework the bank's leadership could act on.
The retreat gave SOGEBANK's leadership team a clear picture of the trends most likely to disrupt Caribbean and Latin American banking, along with a practical framework for responding to them: how to defend against disintermediation from new market entrants, how to build multi-channel service delivery, and how to compete on customer experience rather than scale alone. Gilead Sanders also produced an accompanying white paper, "The Future of Financial Services and the Banking Industry in the Caribbean and Central America," extending the retreat's findings into a reference document for the bank's broader leadership.
Participants and SOGEBANK leadership considered the retreat a success, and the engagement positioned Gilead Sanders as a trusted advisor to one of Haiti's leading financial institutions on questions of long-term strategy and industry disruption, work that was later covered in regional press as an example of forward-looking strategic planning in Caribbean banking.

Strategic Foresight Leadership Program for senior media executives
Telemundo, the number one producer of scripted Spanish language content in the United States and the exclusive Spanish language broadcaster of the FIFA World Cup 26, was navigating an industry in the middle of a curve transition. Streaming had just overtaken linear television for the first time, AI was reshaping content production and audience targeting, and new competitors from outside traditional media, from independent creators to AI native platforms, were reshaping where audience attention goes. Telemundo's leadership recognized that reacting to these shifts wasn't a strategy. Their executives needed the capacity to see disruption coming before it arrived and to lead through it with clarity rather than react to it after the fact.
Gilead Sanders was engaged to design and facilitate a Strategic Foresight Leadership Program built specifically for Telemundo's senior media leaders. The program takes the form of a one day executive intensive, delivered in cohorts of 20 to keep the work close and applied, and is built around four core disciplines: horizon scanning, scenario planning, assumption testing, and future back planning.
Rather than a generic leadership seminar, the program was grounded in the specific forces reshaping Spanish language media: audience fragmentation, generative AI's effect on production and personalization, the shift from linear ad models to hybrid monetization, and the widening gap between organizations that build foresight capability now and those that wait until disruption has already arrived. Executives worked through real industry signals and drivers of change, then applied scenario planning and future back methodology directly to Telemundo's own strategic questions.
The program launched its first cohort in April 2026, facilitated exclusively by Gilead Sanders, with a second cohort planned later in the year. Each session equips leaders with a shared framework and language for discussing the future, tools to challenge assumptions and surface blind spots in current strategy, and a structured process for turning foresight into near term action.
"At NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, we believe that great leadership requires more than managing the present, it requires building the capacity to shape the future," said Ashaki Rucker, SVP of Human Resources, Telemundo Enterprises. "Partnering with Gilead Sanders on this program is a direct investment in our leaders' ability to navigate complexity, challenge their assumptions, and act with strategic clarity in a rapidly evolving media landscape."
The partnership marks Gilead Sanders' deepening work in the media and entertainment industry, building on prior engagements with media executives on emerging technology and disruption, and establishes an ongoing leadership capability inside one of the largest Spanish language media organizations in the world.
